Wang He Di (Chinese: 王鹤棣; pinyin: Wáng Hè Dì, born December 20, 1998 in Chengdu, China), also known as Dylan Wang, is a Chinese actor. Wang will portray Dao Ming Si in the 2018 drama, Meteor Garden.

Leong was born Liang Jing Kang on January 3, 1994 in Shenzhen in the Guangdong province of China. He attended South China Institute of Software Engineering in Guangzhou University. In college, he began modelling and filming advertisements.
In 2017, Leong appeared as a customer to Huang Lei'scharacter in Midnight Diner and had a supporting role in the historical comedy Huang Fei Hong. The same year, he starred in the film Cat Lover directed by He Zhi Yi. Leong began appearing regularly on the Youku variety show Chao Ci Yuan Ou Xiang (超次元偶像) with Dylan Wang.
